We recently bought an outdoor fireplace or burn pit. Do I need a permit?
Yes. You can either download and complete the Burn Permit form or stop in at City Hall and the Fire / Building Department counter to fill one out. Upon completion, you will receive a copy of the ordinances that go along with this permit which state what can and cannot be burned. This is a one-time only permit that can be obtained at no charge.Burn Permit Form
