[ARCHIVED] Tree Debris from Storm Damage Pick-Up Scheduled on Saturday, June 18

COE-Logo-Full-Color-Standard-200

The City of Elmhurst continues to work towards tree debris clean-up caused by the storm on June 13th.

The City has made arrangements for a special pick-up with Republic Services on Saturday, June 18, 2022 for unlimited bundles of tree and brush materials at no additional cost to the residents.

What does this mean?

Residents can help the clean-up effort by placing all tree debris in the parkway for pick-up by 7 a.m. on Saturday, June 18th. Tree material will need to be bundled and cut or placed in a 33-gallon garbage can, not to exceed 50 pounds. Bundles must also be no heavier than 50 pounds, four feet in length, and may not include branches more than four inches in diameter. If the tree materials are not placed bundled or larger than the collection guidelines, Republic Services will NOT pick them up.  Please note that the special pick-up occurring on Saturday will only be collecting tree / brush material from storm damage. No stickers will be required. We thank you for your patience and cooperation as we work through this cleanup.
