The City of Elmhurst is conducting a survey of residents. Randomly selected households have been sent the survey by mail. The survey will help us to understand residents’ opinions of living in Elmhurst, City provided services, and the areas that we should focus our attention on. The findings of the survey will help the City plan for the future. Northern Illinois University's Center for Governmental Studies will be assisting with the survey.

Households receiving the survey can choose to complete it on online or mail it back in the postage-paid envelope. All responses are confidential. If your household has been randomly selected to take the survey, please complete it by June 3rd, 2022.
