On Wednesday, December 15th, staff members from the City of Elmhurst's Electrical Division will be replacing the traffic signal controller at the intersection of York St., North Palmer Drive and Second St.  Stop signs will be deployed and the signal will be disabled beginning at 4 a.m.. It is anticipated that the new signal will be back in service at approximately 9 a.m.. We apologize for any inconvenience during this maintenance project.
