[ARCHIVED] Upgrade of traffic signal at York St. and Third St.

On Tuesday, November 2 starting at 5AM, the Electrical Division will begin an upgrade of traffic signal control equipment at the intersection of York St. and Third St. 

At that time STOP signs will be deployed at that intersection. The work will be complete by 2PM and the signal will then be turned back on.
