DuPage County Health Department is preparing for the reopening of its Community Vaccination Clinic (CVC) on October 13, 2021, at the DuPage County Complex to administer COVID-19 booster shots to those eligible.
COVID-19 Vaccine booster shots are available for the following Pfizer vaccine recipients who completed their initial series at least 6 months ago and are:
Individuals newly seeking their first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine can also receive their shots at the CVC. The Pfizer-BioNTech 2 dose series and the Johnson & Johnson one dose COVID-19 vaccines are available. Ages 12+ are eligible for initial doses. Anyone under 18 years old must have a parent or legal guardian accompany them.
COVID-19 vaccines are by appointment only and advanced registration is required.

Clinic hours are:
Mondays and Wednesdays: 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Fridays: 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.
