Elmhurst Police are investigating an alleged residential burglary that occurred in the 600 block of West Babcock at 5:30 pm on September 30th. The homeowner reported being at home in the shower when he heard the rear door being kicked in. He did not see an offender, only heard noises. Nothing was taken from the home.
A neighbor’s camera showed 2 white males pull up the driveway in a white sedan and walk around the house. Police are continuing to check surveillance video in the area.
