The City is proud to announce the launch of Elmhurst Connect. Elmhurst Connect is an online and mobile reporting and service request system for the City of Elmhurst. The community can use this service to easily identify issues and report them directly to the City of Elmhurst. There are a wide variety of report types available through this system. As always, if the issue you are reporting is a public safety emergency, please call 9-1-1 or for other issues that require immediate attention please call the City’s 24/7 phone line, 630-530-3050.
To download the Elmhurst Connect mobile app, search for “Elmhurst Connect” in your app store. If you are using a computer and would like to report something without downloading the app select this link: elmhurstil.citysourced.com. The system is also available on the City’s website, elmhurst.org/servicerequest.
