On Tuesday, May 5, Governor Pritzker announced a 5-phase plan to safely reopen Illinois as we progress through the COVID-19 pandemic. Restore Illinois is designed to provide a framework for reopening businesses, education, and recreational activities. This initial plan can and will be updated as research and science develop and as the potential for effective treatments or vaccines is realized.
