Mayor Morley will deliver his 2019 "State of the City" Mayoral Address at the Elmhurst Chamber of Commerce & Industry's Membership Breakfast hosted by Community Bank of Elmhurst, 330 W. Butterfield Road, on Tuesday, January 8th from 7:30 - 9:30 am
