The DuPage County Sheriff's Office is working on a missing special needsadult search that occurred near Diversey Ave & Patricia Ln. inunincorporated Elmhurst.        

Patrick Mulhern, age 22, a white male, white brown hair and blue eyes, was last seen at approximately 2:30 a.m. at his home.        

Patrickis autistic, but verbal, and possibly wearing silver glasses, graypants, and a dark leather coat.  He frequents parks and playgrounds.        

The Sheriff's Office recently sent out a reverse 911 call to the north Elmhurst area.        

Residents are asked to be on the lookout for Patrick, check their yards and neighborhoods to assist in the search.
