Elmhurst Police have detained a 62 year old man from Winfield for Investigation of Criminal Sexual Abuse against a 15 year old girl from Lombard. 

The victim said that that the suspect sat next to her at the Ogilvie Transportation Center in Chicago around 4:15 p.m. today when he began to inappropriately touch and photograph her.  The victim was eventually able to move from her seat and she notified Metra staff who stopped the train in Elmhurst and summoned police.  The outbound train was delayed for a brief period of time and eventually left the Elmhurst station. 

Metra police and Union Pacific police will be taking over the investigation.
