City’s New Utility Payment Web Site Interface: Click2Gov

Elmhurst, IL — The City is preparing to roll out a new web site interface for Utility Bill payments, called Click2Gov. This service offers up-to-date, online views of customer utility accounts, while also providing convenient payment options. The new interface is mobile friendly and will automatically resize according to the device you are using to view the site. The site will be accessed as usual through the City web site  www.elmhurst.org.

Once users click on online payments, they will automatically be directed to the payment page. Users will be required to create a new user ID and password upon their first visit to the new site. Once a new ID and password are created, the user will then use their email address to gain access to the site.
