Blood Drive on February 11 at Elmhurst Fire Station #2

Elmhurst, IL – The Elmhurst Fire Department is calling on residents to help restore critical blood bank supplies in its February 11 Blood Drive. LifeSource Blood Center will be at Fire Station #2, 601 S. York Rd., from 8 a.m.-2 p.m., to take donations. A free t-shirt will be given away to all of those who donate blood.  

Blood donors are encouraged to pre-register by contacting LifeSource at 1-877-543-3768, or by registering online at www.Lifesource.org (code 031G).  While appointments are preferred, walk-ins are also welcome. Donors are encouraged to prepare by eating well and staying properly hydrated.
