Thank you for your interest in this community survey to identify whether there is a need for improved community indoor sports facilities in Elmhurst. My name is Joel Feldman with Conventions, Sports and Leisure International. CSL is a consulting firm that is assisting the City of Elmhurst and the Elmhurst Park District with a market demand and feasibility analysis for an Indoor Sports Facility in Elmhurst.

This survey is seeking your feedback on which, if any, components of a new indoor sports facility would best serve the needs of the community.
