New Business Update: Victory Meat & Seafood Coming to Elmhurst

Elmhurst is pleased to announce, Victory Meat & Seafood, a new concept from the Fuego Loco York Inc. Corporation, will soon find a home at 116 N. York St. Victory Meat & Seafood will be an Americana Cafe, specializing in 5-varieties of fresh Oysters daily. They will also offer such items as Fried Chicken with Sweet Greens, Steak with Frittes, Lobster Rolls, Chicken Parmesan, Kobi Burgers, Mussels, and other small plate Americana classics. Remodeling is set to begin shortly at the former Salsaria site, with plans to be open by late summer 2017.

Host Ken Bartels discusses economic development efforts throughout the city with guests William R. Shanklin, Chairman of the Economic Development Commission (EDC), Richard Reichert, Vice-Chairman of the EDC, and Erin Jason, Business Development Coordinator for Elmhurst. The City of Elmhurst is soon to be home to Pinot’s Palette, a paint and sip studio, coming soon to 214 N. York St. (former home of The Fruitful Yield). Pinot’s Palette invites guests to “disconnect from the distractions of daily life and reconnect with the ones that matter most.” Offering a variety of public and private party options, Pinot’s Palette provides everything needed for a delightfully fun experience. Owned and operated by a dynamic Mother/Daughter duo, the studio owners are excited to bring the well-known franchise to their hometown of Elmhurst. 

Pinot's Palette is the upscale "Paint. Drink. Have Fun." destination. No art experience required! In two or three hours, with artist lead step-by-step instructions, you can create your own masterpiece. Offering public classes, mobile offsite events, and kids classes also known as Little Brushes! Great for Private Parties, Corporate Team Building events, Networking events, Fundraisers, Meetup group socials, Girl's Night Out, Birthdays, Bachelorette parties and more!
