Overview Utility bills are issued bi-monthly and are due upon receipt. The City of Elmhurst offers several payment options:

Attention first time users! Before you log onto the system you will need your water bill account number and your cycle and route numbers to set up a new user PIN (personal identification number). The account numbers and cycle and route information needed to set up your access cannot be given out over the telephone. This information can be found on your utility bill statement or by requesting the information be mailed to the billing address. Pay by Visa or Mastercard 24/7. For payments and correspondence, a 24-hour depository is located in the parking lot at the Northeast area of City Hall for your convenience.
Automatically deduct your utility bill payment from your checking account. The E-Z Payment program may be used for all water, sewer, and refuse bills. You will still receive a billing statement indicating the amount to be deducted.
