MCO 4.03
The Commission shall advise the Council, City officials, boards, and commissions on matters pertaining to architectural and landscaping requirements of public and quasi-public buildings, grounds, and structures, and shall perform such other duties as the City Council may direct, including, without limitation, the preparation of an appearance code and a recommendation thereon to the City Council.

Members of the Commission shall be practicing architects, landscape architects, building construction / land use planning professionals, or individuals qualified by education and experience in the above fields.
