Human Resources

The City of Elmhurst Human Resources department functions under the direction of the Human Resources Director. The Department’s responsibilities include: 

  • Strategic management
  • Compensation and benefits
  • Workforce planning and employment
  • Training and organizational development
  • Employee and labor relations
  • Occupational health, safety, and security
The Human Resources Director also serves as liaison for the Board of Fire and Police Commissioners.
